Phyllis Jean Peoples died in her home in Fayetteville Arkansas she si survived by her Son Larry Sams and wife Carol, Wayne Martin and wife Candi grandchildren Chelsea Rickie Rita Joey and her great grandchildren Phyllis loved to garden and work in her yard
