Jeremy Bart Kunz, 33, passed away unexpectedly in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 10, 2009, while participating in the Las Vegas Ragnar Relay with his family.He was born on July 12, 1976 in Logan, Utah, the son of Monte Bart and Denice (Fraser) Kunz. Jeremy grew up in Star Valley, Wyoming. He served an LDS mission in the Canada Toronto West Mission. On March 20, 1998, he married Melinda Kay Cox in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He was currently working for All West Communications as a Software Developer in Kamas, Utah. More than anything, Jeremy loved spending time with his wife and children. He also wholeheartedly enjoyed backpacking, running, photography and anything having to do with computers. He was currently serving as Stake Young Mens President, and loved working with the youth, especially in the scouting program. He is survived by his wife Melinda and their children, daughter: Brinci Kay, sons: Tobias Bart and Gage Charles, all of Kamas; parents, Bart and Denice Kunz, Smoot, Wyoming; sisters: Katie (Nate) Rockwell, Logan, Utah; BreAnne (Cameron) Neff, Pocatello, Idaho; Emily Kunz, Morgan, Utah, and Chandra (Chris) Parry, Logan, Utah; grandparents Montain and Bettie Kunz, Bern, Idaho; Lynn and Connie Fraser, Stansbury Park, Utah. He is preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ryan McEntire.Funeral services were held Thursday, October 15, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the Kamas LDS Ward Chapel. Graveside service were held Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at the Smoot, Wyoming Cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home, Kamas, Utah.
