George was a B17 mechanic as part of the 452 Bombardment Group (371 Bomb Sq.) in WW2. He was a fully devoted family man, industrious provider and creative mentor.
George was brilliant in the areas of mechanical and electrical engineering. Interests included cars, construction, photography, the arts, current events, history and so much more. He diligently gave of his talents, humor, time and finances to better the lives of others. He always had an ear to listen and a cheerful word. So very selfless, an all together lovely portrayer of his savior Jesus. He had an unusual spirit that attracted the trust of domestic and wild animals alike. Greeting him in heaven, his proud and loving parents, Myrtle and George Sr. among many ancestors and good friends.
